Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a supplier earned value focused analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be supporting the Sentinel program in Roy, UT.  

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborate with segment analysts to standardize supplier integration across the program.

  • Maintain desktop guides.

  • Audit monthly documentation and entries for validity.

  • Maintain supplier integration metrics.

  • Manage supplier specific PowerBI dashboards.

  • Pull weekly S4 reports on suppliers and distribute to program team.

  • Facilitate positive working relationships between business management and other SMT partners.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

This requisition may be filled at either a level 2 or a level 3. 

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 1 years of related professional experience.  7+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 4 years of related professional experience.  10+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Additional Basic qualifications for both levels:

  • Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra, MS Project, and OneIWO.

  • Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and Power BI.

  • Strong analytical ability.

  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years). US citizenship is a prerequisite.

  • Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling

  • 3+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.

  • Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.

  • Awareness of contracts and IWO agreements.

Salary Range: $62,200.00 - $93,400.00Salary Range 2: $76,600.00 - $115,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
