Solar Panel Technician Contractor

We are currently looking for a contractor to Join our growing Solar Panel team.

This role sits within IR35

Role requirements

Primary role will be building flight solar panels. This will include PCA, Module build, and harness work.

• Previous experience in a cleanroom environment
• Working to build instructions and drawings.
• Mixing of adhesives.
• Other activities as delegated.

Qualifications Knowledge & Skills

• Experience within an engineering environment

• Practical, hands-on ability

• Attention to detail

• Good general computing skills (word processing and basic spreadsheets) Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• ESA or IPC certificate or a good knowledge in soldering and wiring practices

• Clear communication skills
• Commitment to take own initiative

• Desire to support others

• Good team working skills

• Excellent planning and organising skills

• Able to use common sense when under pressure

• Ability to multi-task and deliver both immediate and longer term tasks
• Able to demonstrate company mindsets and behaviours; Be accountable, Drive & delivery, Communicate effectively, Self-manage effectively, Work as one team
