The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a PAC-3 STE Career Staff Analyst located in Huntsville, AL. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting and assembling data from multiple sources.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues

• Support leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events

• Summarize and review documentation and develop informational or technical materials

• Gather customer requirements for projects

• Develop and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan

• Work with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives

• Plan and coordinates group-level facility requirements

• Provide status reports

• Maintain and tracks training requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Huntsville, AL.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

• 1+ years of experience in managing and facilitating meetings

• 1+ years of experience developing and refining managerial level presentations

• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

• 1+ years of experience in a role developing, leading, and executing projects and utilizing project processes / skills

• 1+ years of experience, skill, and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with supporting for both internal and external customers.

• Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.

• Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.

• 1+ years of experience leading teams in a cross functional environment.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 year’s related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for associate level: $62,050 – $83,950
