＜職務内容／役割・責任＞ 

スペースデブリの捕獲・除去をはじめとする軌道上サービスで使用する、衛星に搭載するロボットシステムの開発、および製造管理を行う。 

• ロボットシステムの構造・機構設計、製造図面、作業手順書の作成を行う。 
• 上位のシステム要求に基づきロボットシステムの開発仕様書の作成・維持管理を行う。 
• 衛星システム、他サブシステムとのインタフェース調整を行う。 
• 製造・購買担当と密接に協力し、供給業者や外部の開発パートナー業者と仕様・コスト・スケジュール調整を行うと共に進捗管理を行う。 
• 構造・機構・駆動試験の計画、実施、評価を行う。 
• 衛星システム試験、打上げ準備、軌道上運用における作業の計画立案及び実施支援を行う。 

＜必須スキル＞ 

• CADモデリングツールを使用した機械設計の8年以上の経験 
• 機械的環境（振動、音響、衝撃等）に対する理解、及び構造設計に関する実務経験 
• 開発サイクル（設計・解析・検証）の経験 
• FEMツールを用いた設計解析（強度、剛性等） 
• 技術文書を理解できる英語読解力

＜Key acyivities / role and responsibilities> 

Develops and manages the manufacturing of robotic systems to be mounted on satellites for use in on-orbit services, including the capture and removal of space debris. 

• Designs the structure and mechanism of the robotic system and prepares manufacturing drawings and work procedures. 
• Prepare and maintain development specifications for robotic systems based on upper-level system requirements. 
• Coordinate interfaces with satellite systems and other subsystems. 
• Work closely with manufacturing and purchasing team to coordinate specifications, costs, and schedules with suppliers and external development partners, and to manage progress. 
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate structural, mechanical, and drive tests. 
• Plan and assist in the execution of satellite system tests, launch preparations, and on-orbit operations. 

＜Mandatory> 

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design using CAD modeling tools 
• Understanding of mechanical environment (vibration, acoustics, shock, etc.) and practical experience in structural design 
• Experience in development cycle (design, analysis, and verification) 
• Design analysis using FEM tools (strength, stiffness, etc.) 
• Ability to read and understand English to comprehend technical documents

• Basic knowledge of robotics (actuators, articulated arms, etc.) 

• Business level English conversation
