＜職務内容／役割・責任＞ 

• 複数の視覚センサ、ロボット機構、計測用／制御用計算機等の複数コンポーネントを統合した、ターゲット（衛星・デブリ）の捕捉システムの機械設計・システム開発を行う。具体的には以下の通り。 
• 衛星システム設計開発チーム、及び捕捉システムのコンポーネント開発チームと協働して、衛星システムのミッション達成に最適な捕捉システムのインテグレーション設計を行う。 
• 捕捉システムを利用するサービス衛星のミッション設計に衛星システム設計開発チームや他サブシステムチームとともに参加する。 
• 機器間のインタフェース、仕様の設計・解析を行う。 
• 他サブシステムとの間のICD（Interface Control Documents）を管理する。 
• 捕捉システム設計を裏付ける各種解析（強度、剛性、温度分布、熱変形、熱応力等）を実施する。 
• 捕捉システムの設計検証と品質検証の検証計画を立案する。  
• 振動試験、熱真空試験、熱サイクル試験を計画、準備し、実施する。試験結果を評価し、設計に反映する。 
• 捕捉システムの機械系組み立てを製造部門と協働して実施する。 
• 装置や部品の購入や外注設計・製造の仕様書作成を行う。 
• 購入先、製造元と仕様に関し技術調整を行う。 
• 設計外注業者と技術調整や進捗管理を行う。 

＜必須スキル＞ 

• 複数の要素技術を跨いだシステム開発をリードした5年以上の経験 
• 電気電子工学、機械工学、ソフトウェア開発といった複数の領域に対しての広い知識、または強い興味 
• 協力的に複数人との共同作業が行えること 
• 英語能力（TOEIC700点以上） 

＜望ましい条件＞ 

• • 機械設計に関する5年以上の経験 

FEMツールを用いて設計解析が行えること 

 <Key activities / role and resposibilities＞

• Mechanical design and system development of a target (satellite and debris) capture system integrating multiple components such as multiple vision sensors, robot mechanisms, and computer for measurement/control will be carried out. Details are as follows.
•  Working closely with the satellite system design and development team and the capture system component development team, carry out the integration design of the optimal capture system for achieving the mission of the satellite system. 
• Participate in the mission design of service satellites using the capture system together with the satellite system design development team and other subsystem teams.
• Design and analyse specifications and interfaces between other subsystems. 
• Manage ICD (Interface Control Documents) with other subsystems. 
• Perform various analyses (strength, rigidity, temperature distribution, thermal deformation, thermal stress, etc.) supporting the capture system design. 
• Create design verification of acquisition system and verification plan for quality verification. 
• Plan, prepare and carry out vibration test, thermal vacuum and thermal cycle test. Evaluate test results and reflect them in design. 
• Carry out mechanical assembly of the capture system in cooperation with the manufacturing department. 
• Create purchase of equipment and parts, and manufacture of specifications for outsourcing design and manufacturing. 
• Technical coordination of specifications with suppliers, manufacturers. 
• Engineering coordination and progress control with design outsourcing companies. 

<Mondatory> 

• More than five years of experience in system development across multiple elemental technologies 
• Wide knowledge or strong interest in multiple areas such as electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, and software development 
• Collaborative work with multiple members. 
• English capability > TOEIC 700 

<Desirable> 

• More than five years of experience in mechanical design 
• FEM tools-based design analysis
