[Job Description]
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our Cyber security & IT team at
headquarter. Your role is to diagnose and resolve all the issues our users are facing and provide
solutions as early as possible. You will be the primary point of contact for our users. You will have to
troubleshoot both hardware and software issues and fix the problems in their computer systems and
mobile devices.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-versed with the knowledge of all technical
procedures. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills are the key requirements for this
role.


[Responsibilities]
• The primary focus of this role is to act as the first contact for the IT support desk.
• Provide support to internal users regarding business hardware and software and respond to IT
service issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Additional responsibilities will include at least some of:
• Administration of Microsoft 365 and other platforms to include:
Management of user accounts
Management and operation of SharePoint and Teams
Management of physical assets, including the provision of new laptops
Use of AutoPilot for laptop builds with Microsoft Intune
Management of software and services via Microsoft Intune
Supporting security teams
• Administration and support of other cloud services including
Maintenance/Implementation of AWS configurations (EC2, VPC, IAM, Route53, etc.
Supporting the maintenance and rollout of SaaS solutions.
Maintenance of physical infrastructure configuration (using remote desktop)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT engineering or related subject
• 3+ years of experience in the IT department of an organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to use English and Japanese (Business level in Japanese and in English)
• Ability to work well on your own or within at team.
• Proactive, self-starting character with tenacity and autonomy.
• User support experience of Office365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams,
InTune)
• Experience in the support of Windows 10/11 with a good foundational understanding of the
platform.
• Basic knowledge and experience in the administration of MacOS and iOS devices
• Experiences in Support via remote desktop

[Desirable experiences and abilities]
• Understanding of IT frameworks and best practices (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
• Zoom support experience
• Experience in implementing and operating MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune
• Qualifications with AWS or Cisco
• Support experience for Linux and Android devices
• AWS management skills/experiences (Server /Access management)
