Boeing El Segundo needs Space Electronics Assemblers to join our team and support the manufacturing build of space electronics.

Job Description:

• Perform incidental related duties as assigned or required.
• Ability to assemble by soldering components on space qualified PWBs, TMM-10, and MIC modules, slices, units and super-units.
• Make interconnects by soldering point to point or by building wire harnesses using qualified soldering, crimping and splicing techniques.
• Cleans equipment and work areas as required.
• Performs rework of the same nature and level of difficulty as described.
• Perform basic commands on PC

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

• Experience in an electronics production environment.
• Experience in electrical assembly installation.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):

• Preferred experience with J-Std-001.

Typical Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

Relocation:

• This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
