Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Space Crew. By accessing, browsing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and any subsequent modifications.
Definitions
1. Jobseekers: Individuals searching for employment opportunities in the space industry.
2. Employers: Entities or individuals offering or promoting employment opportunities.
Service Description
1. Jobseekers: Users may browse job listings, set up email alerts, view space industry salary data, and access additional features designed to aid their space careers.
2. Employers: Users can purchase premium job listings, manage their public-facing employer profile, and access additional features designed to amplify their company and jobs' visibility on the website.
Content Ownership and Licensing
1. While users retain ownership of their posted content, they grant Space Crew a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the site's services. This license remains in effect even if a user's account is terminated.
2. Users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to share all information they post on the platform, ensuring that they are not infringing or violating any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Automatic Job Listing Indexing
We strive to provide a comprehensive job board for the space industry. To this end, Space Crew automatically indexes and lists job vacancies directly from various space industry employers' websites and their applicant tracking systems. While this practice aims to offer updated job listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of these indexed listings. Employers who wish for their job listings not to be indexed by Space Crew should contact us at hello@spacecrew.com.
Payment, Refunds, and Fees
Employers agree to pay the stipulated fees for premium services. All transactions are deemed final upon execution, and no refunds will be issued except at the sole discretion of Space Crew.
User Conduct and Obligations
1. Users agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or in violation of any laws or third-party rights.
2. Users affirm they have obtained all necessary rights and permissions before posting content.
3. Space Crew reserves the right to remove content and terminate user accounts that violate these terms or are deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities under their account.
Termination and Suspension
Space Crew may suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion, especially if terms are violated. Upon termination, certain data may be retained for recordkeeping or legal compliance.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
1. Space Crew serves as a platform, not an employer or recruiter. While we aim for accuracy and integrity, we do not guarantee the veracity, reliability, or suitability of user content. We disclaim all liability related to user content and interactions between users. Users engage with one another at their own risk.
2. Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Space Crew's total liability to any user, for any reason and upon any cause of action, is limited to the amount paid by that user to Space Crew in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Space Crew, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any content they post or otherwise their violation of any of these terms.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy practices concerning data collection, usage, storage, and sharing for both jobseekers and employers are outlined in our Privacy Policy. All users are urged to familiarize themselves with it.
Assignment
Space Crew reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to any third party, particularly in the event of a business acquisition, merger, or other significant corporate changes.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of England. Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes directly. If resolution isn't achieved, disputes will be settled in the English courts.
Modification of Terms
We may revise these terms occasionally. Updated terms will be posted on Space Crew. Continued platform usage post-update signifies agreement to revised terms.

General Provisions

If any term provision is found unenforceable, all other provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
