Digital Marketing Manager 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our global digital advertising initiatives. This critical role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, with a strong focus on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other emerging advertising channels. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, working closely with internal content teams, external marketing agencies, and various departments to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital presence for our global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our global digital advertising strategies, primarily focusing on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of digital ad campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal content team to develop compelling ad creatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external marketing agencies, managing relationships, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Business Unit Leaders) to understand business objectives and align digital marketing efforts with overall company goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and marketing technology.
  • Utilize project management software to organize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Analytics).
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with a project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike) for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving digital marketing goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in HubSpot, Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with global marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with the project management system Wrike.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Spire operates a hybrid work model, and this position will require you to work a minimum of three days per week in the office.
