Job Description:

• Set up, operate, and maintain coating chambers according to existing procedures

• Follow all safety procedures

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on critical equipment

• Perform data entry and accurately track process parameters/process yields

• Participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in manufacturing

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Regular, punctual attendance

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 10 pounds overhead and pull 25 pounds of force one to three times per shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior thin film coating experience and knowledge of spectrophotometry is preferred

• Associate degree in technical discipline is preferred.

• Methanol, Acetone, Thorium Fluoride

Salary Range: $56,600.00 - $94,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
