Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Staff Intelligence Analyst to support a program out of our Aurora, CO location.
We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AIM/SP tuning with extensive knowledge of multiple geolocation techniques, and proficiency in system processing and troubleshooting. This role requires excellent soft skills for effective customer interaction and experience in CBET. The candidate will also provide specialized activity support for optimization and calibration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform AIM/SP tuning with precision and expertise.
- Utilize multiple geolocation techniques to support various operations.
- Conduct system processing, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Engage with customers professionally, addressing their needs and providing exceptional support.
- Apply CBET experience in practical situations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support TIP optimization and calibration efforts to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience; 10 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 8 years of relevant experience with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with AIM/SP tuning
- Proficiency in multiple geolocation techniques
- Strong skills in system processing and troubleshooting
- Proven soft skills for effective customer interaction
- Proven experience with CBET
- Demonstrated experience in providing TIP support for optimization and calibration
- Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly required at time of application
Preferred Qualifications:
- EA-180 (MATH1030) Math for SIGINT
- EA-279 (SIGE2810) Introduction to RADAR Theory
- EA-280 (SIGE3810) Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis
- EA-301 Advanced Interpretive ELINT Analysis
- EA-380 Advanced Technical ELINT Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
