What will you do in this role? 

ICEYE is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Mission Line of Business, where you'll be instrumental in the success of customers operating their own SAR satellite constellations.

As their primary point of contact during the operational phase, you'll drive the effective implementation and usage of ICEYE's products and solutions. You will ensure efficient handling of customer change requests, monitoring and improvement of service performance, and issue resolution.

You'll also provide essential visibility to internal stakeholders regarding account activities, opportunities, and concerns, working in close collaboration with technical teams, sales leads, program management, and other internal functions. Objectives for your role will be to ensure and improve customer satisfaction, identify growth and renewal opportunities, and remove blockers.

Requirements

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, consultancy and/or project management.
  • Prior experience from a fast-paced hi-technology industry and working with advanced technical solutions and products
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, proactive work style, with a challenger mindset.

In addition (nice to have):

  • Language skills are considered an asset 
  • Prior knowledge and experience from Earth observation industry, SAR technology or remote sensing programs and/or products

  • Base salary range for this position is 5 300€ - 6 300€ per month (gross) contingent on your experience level, and will be negotiated individually.
