Produktionstechniker (m/w/x) - befristet

Please note that this is a fixed term contract with an possibility to extend or permanent contract and applications need to have a valid working visa and immediate availability

• Execute serial production while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards. 
• Follow instructions from Lead Senior and Shopfloor Manager to maintain an eƯicient workflow.  Support new product introductions and assist with assigned maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a structured work environment using 5S standards. 
• Understand and follow work instructions, providing feedback for continuous improvement. 
• Identify and report non-conformances (NC) in production processes using MES. 
• Use basic oƯice software (Microsoft OƯice, Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication. 

• English language proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively within the team. 
• Ability to adapt to quick changes and work in a dynamic production environment. 
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and manufacturing processes. 
• Experience with mechanical/opto-mechanical systems or manual soldering (IPC-610). 
• Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, teach, and support others.
