As a Business Management Analyst - Level 4 (Senior Principal), your role at Aurora, CO will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Our Business Management Analyst is an integral part of the Integrated National Systems (INS) Business Unit for our Payload & Ground Systems Division. You will manage the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes for the business unit and act as the BU Financial Planner.
Your Role and Impact:
- Report weekly, monthly, and annual financial planning processes including, but not limited to, 5 Year Long Range Strategic Plan, Monthly Forecast Projections, Monthly/Quarterly financial closing and reporting and QEAC coordination
- Be the primary point of contact for any financial data that needs to be reported to Division and Sector finance teams
- Maintain financial planning and reporting tools to ensure data is accurate and meet deliverable deadlines to Division and Sector
- Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise - Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Finance or FP&A experience
- MS Office experience that includes a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, chart generations, etc.)
- No clearance required to start
Your Preferred Edge:
- Aerospace & Defense industry experience
- Prior Business Management experience
- SAP ERP 1 or Cognos TM1 financial forecasting system experience

- Ability to prioritize effectively and complete work timely in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to work across cross functional teams to complete deliverables
- A strong comfort level of presenting data to Division and Sector leadership

Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
