Position Overview:
This position is for a Campaign Chief Engineer for our RF Ground Campaign. This role requires a strong understanding of the RF domain and the surrounding technologies to ensure the successful development and delivery of innovative solutions, from concept and shaping through execution.

Responsibilities:
- Work in tandem with the Campaign Lead to build and maintain the campaign pipeline
- Oversee/lead/support all technical aspects of proposal efforts within the campaign
- Oversee/lead/support the technical execution of programs within the campaign
- Collaborate with The Mission Applications Chief Engineer to define Internal Research and Development (IRAD), and to serve as a stakeholder in our IRAD efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems) and/or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP)
- Domain experience in RF systems: A thorough understanding of space-based RF collection systems, command & control, processing, related USG customer organizations, and current software implementations related to these areas
- Mastery of tailored communication: Demonstrated ability to adeptly convey complex information, from high-level strategic insights to detailed technical discussions, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across executive briefings, customer presentations, and engineering team collaborations
- Execution experience: Proven experience in leading and managing complex campaigns or programs, demonstrating the ability to oversee project lifecycles from conception through to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful delivery of mission-critical outcomes
- Proficiency in identifying and evaluating technical opportunities, with a demonstrated history of contributing to the ideation and development of innovative technical solutions
- Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) in a related field
- Certifications in leadership
- Experience with Agile software development: Demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and practices, including experience in leading cross-functional teams through iterative development cycles with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, adaptive, and collaborative environment
- Recognized industry expertise in RF domain, with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the field that is well-known and respected by both customers and industry peers
- Exceptional relationship and team building skills
Pay Range: $160,000 - $210,000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
