Intuitive Machines is seeking an Office Aide - Intern to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona.  

Responsibilities: 

• Answer phones and greet visitors  
• Assist with filing and storing documents  
• Work closely in Education Public Outreach (EPO) to prepare for events. 
• Arrange and handle outgoing and incoming shipments  
• Maintain and replenish office supplies inventory 
• Operate printer, copier, and laminator 
• Run errands and perform other duties as assigned 

Minimum Requirements:

• Enrollment as a student in the Phoenix metropolitan area 
• Dependable and reliable, and able to work both independently and under supervision 
• Enthusiastic about contributing to lunar, planetary, or space science exploration. 
• Attention to detail and data entry skills 
• Good organizational skills 
• Experience with office-related software applications (Word, Excel), and able to operate basic office equipment 
• Willingness and ability to lift and move items weighing 20-35 pounds.
