Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Security Coordinator - Level 4, to join our team in McLean, VA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. In this job, you will:
- Support a fast-paced high-profile environment
- Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers
- Own meticulous record-keeping and be accountable for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets
- Act as the Security representative for new hire, contractors, transfers, and consultants’ orientation
- Produce employee and guest badges, identification cards, and security reader cards
- Process security information and data for employment records, security clearances, and property control
- Perform clearance verification, escorting, and access control activities in and around secure facilities, and must be willing and able to work variable shifts if necessary (afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends)
- Have knowledge with the DoD DISS Website to include the SIMS database
- Work with McLean Local/Remote LRA High Assurance Admin-Standard OneBadge Issuance
- OneBadge Issuance and maintenance to include PIN Resets, remote pin resets, Assisted Activation, Monthly Accountability & Orders
- Work with Intercede and Lenel software
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of additional education and/or related experience
- Candidate must have experience with computer and desktop Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel etc...)
- Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
Preferred Qualifications:
- A two-year degree or higher
- Top Secret Clearance with SAP/SCI access
- Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM rule and DoDM 5205.07 V1-4

Salary Range: $59,300.00 - $98,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
