Intuitive Machines is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Resource Coordinator to support our growing Satellite Network Team. This position will serve as a key interface between engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong IT operations experience, the ability to manage schedules and deliverables, and a working knowledge of network systems and cybersecurity compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage schedules for internal and customer-facing technical deliverables.
- Support the implementation and troubleshooting of network technologies, including switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
- Draft, maintain, and update technical documentation, including system configurations and network diagrams.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with government and industry cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC 2.0.
- Participate in meetings, take action items, and follow up using communication tools such as email and Microsoft Teams.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear, professional communication across departments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, network support, or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure components including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC 2.0.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to work with sensitive or export-controlled data.
