Join us as Quality Inspector (m/w/x) and take a leading role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our operations!

What awaits you at Mynaric

You will oversee and perform quality inspections for incoming goods, semi-finished products, and finished optical terminals, ensuring compliance with company and aerospace industry standards.
You will develop and refine inspection instructions, execute this inspection, document results meticulously, and make informed usage decisions.
Lead the organization and maintenance of the measuring and test equipment inventory, ensuring calibration and readiness.
Drive root cause analyses and corrective actions for quality defects, collaborating across teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a mentor to junior inspectors, providing guidance and training on advanced inspection techniques and best practices.
Issue and manage the non-conformance documents and related materials.
Shift work may be required

What you bring with you

Extensive professional experience in quality inspection, including proficiency in advanced metrology technologies.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Leadership abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency of common MS Office applications.
Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset, to facilitate communication in our multicultural environment.
