Called SpaceMobile, this ultra-powerful network is being designed to provide connectivity at 4G/5G speeds everywhere on the planet – on land, at sea and in flight.

Summary:

Executive Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

This position is based in Miami, FL, supporting our Chief Financial & Legal Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Manage information flows in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
  • Assists with special projects as assigned

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent (Bachelor’s degree Preferred)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Green card holder or have a legal US work permit
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Ability to work independently and with self-direction
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
