What We Need
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert for a wide variety of technology systems—including but not limited to, key line of business applications, and cloud platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and document system and data requirements, configure cloud and on-premise systems, and leverage agile methodologies to drive high-quality solutions. This position is based at our facility in Woodinville, WA.

In this role, you will be a subject matter expert for a wide variety of technology systems—including but not limited to, key line of business applications, and cloud platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and document system and data requirements, configure cloud and on-premise systems, and leverage agile methodologies to drive high-quality solutions. This position is based at our facility in Woodinville, WA.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our key technology systems, including ERP, CRM, PLM, Cloud, BI, HRIS, timekeeping, expense, and varied engineering and related applications.
- Configure and optimize system settings, including integrations and automations, aligning with business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations) to gather and analyze system and data requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and govern system documentation, including process flows, data architectures, and testing protocols to support quality assurance and user acceptance.
- Work with teams to define system design options using agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) to deliver rapid and high-quality solutions.
- Utilize project management best practices to plan, track, and execute system enhancements and new features while balancing scope, schedule, and resources.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure feasibility, scalability, and security of proposed solutions.
- Optimize data reporting and enhance overall business intelligence capabilities.
Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine system strategies in support of Kymeta’s dynamic business environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with system vendors to stay informed about new updates and capabilities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technology systems analysis within mid-to-large enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in one or more software development, database, or scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, and administration of business and infrastructure systems.
- Hands-on configuration and administration of databases, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
- Experience with on-premise and cloud infrastructure technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Windows, VMWare, and Cisco is a plus.
- Solid understanding of agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) with experience working in iterative, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business outcomes.
- Passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement in an agile environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with IT process standards (e.g., ITIL, Lean), and regulatory guidelines (CMMC, ITAR, NIST 800-171, SOC2, SOX) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

COMPENSATION
Kymeta is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In the spirit of pay transparency, we have determined the salary range for this position to be $120,000 – $170,000. This is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would be atypical, in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. Compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and geography. The total compensation package for this position includes an annual target bonus of 10%, stock options, and benefits listed below. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
