As a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 2) located in Chandler, Arizona you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.
Northrop Grumman’s Launch Missile Defense Division (LMDS) is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Level 2) to join our program planning team in Chandler Arizona. This is an on-site position.
The selected candidate will report to the Program Planning Manager and work in a team environment with roles and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Working with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to status the IMS
- Implementing baseline changes through the Baseline Change Request (BCR) process
- Developing new schedules or adding to existing schedules as additional scope is awarded
- Performing critical path analyses, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts
- Generating schedule related reports and presentations
- Running schedule health checks and resolving issues, ensuring compliance to industry standards and contractual requirements
- Preparing for and participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), and internal and external audits
- Analyzing subcontractor schedules and tracking performance
- Becoming an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) expert and supporting CAMs in their role
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Aerospace/Defense industry experience
- Previous experience in Project Management, Planning and Scheduling, Program Finance, or Engineering

Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
