Project Manager (m/f/d)

Join us as Project Manager (m/f/x) and work with us on changing the future!

• Lead the product line or project through its entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the overall company and product strategy

• Coordinate and manage the cross-functional product/project team to deliver on key milestones

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related communication, both internally and externally

• Provide professional leadership to interdisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, testing, production, and quality

• Manage all project-related aspects, including schedule, cost, and quality, within your assigned product or project

• Facilitate collaboration across all involved departments such as business development, sales, program management, customer interface, and operations

• Continuously monitor, update, and maintain the overall project plan to reflect current status and required adjustments

• Deliver regular progress reports to the Director of Product Management and Mynaric's executive leadership

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ of practical experience in the relevant field, proven experience managing technical projects, with strong skills in resource planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.   
• A track record of driving improvements.  
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to bring diverse teams together to achieve common goals.   
• Willingness to step into technical or operational tasks to support the team and ensure project success.
• You enjoy working in an innovative, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
• Good written and spoken English and/or German communication skills.
