About the Role
Join our People & Talent team as a Recruiting Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional recruiting experiences for candidates and internal teams alike. You’ll act as the backbone of our hiring operations, ensuring seamless coordination from interview scheduling to onboarding, while fostering a culture of efficiency and inclusion.

Role Responsibilies
- Take ownership of our interview coordination.
- Schedule interviews with precision, managing complex calendars and ensuring clear, timely communication.
- Host onsite interviews at our Louisville, CO office, creating a warm and professional environment for candidates.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to elevate the recruiting journey.
- Manage and optimize our processes and data
- Update and maintain candidate records in Greenhouse with a focus on accuracy and detail
- Identify opportunities to refine workflows and processes to enhance the candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and support data-driven decisions
- Own and elevate our new hire onboarding experience
- Oversee onboarding for new hires: prepare materials, conduct orientations, and ensure smooth transitions.
- Facilitate offboarding processes with care, maintaining compliance and professionalism.
- Collaborate on talent outreach
- Manage job postings to attract top-tier talent and amplify role visibility
- Partner with recruiters on sourcing strategies and special projects to support hiring goals
- Contribute to cross functional initiatives that drive innovation across the People & Talent team
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruiting coordination or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and CRM tools.
- Expertise in complex scheduling and calendar management.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel expertise (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized, with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a strong bias for action, actively seeking opportunities to implement new initiatives.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Compensation
The hourly range for this role as it is posted is $25.00 - $35.00. The final pay will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and specific office location.
