Mission:

Thales Alenia Space in Spain is looking to hire a candidate that will work in a highly innovative environment and will participate in international telecom satellite projects as Analog/Digital engineer.

• Analog and Digital design for on-board electronics, including design validation through engineering models.
• Understanding of technical requirements and definition of technical solutions.
• Electrical schematics capture
• Support to post layout/placement activities
• Technical exchanges with software, firmware and test benches departments as needed for design validation activities
• Technical exchanges with thermomechanical department as needed for design definition and electronics verification activities
• Support to industrialization methods department
• Preparation of design documentation for internal or customer Design Reviews
• Analog/digital electronics simulations
• Microprocessors Design environment. (Nice to have)

Skills & Qualification:

• Engineering Master, preferably Electronics with firm background in analog electronic design.
• Experience in (minimum 6 years) Analog electronics design.
• Good written and verbal Spanish and English languages as a minimum. French knowledge will be valued.
• Knowledge of design tools: OrCAD, Pspice, Simplix/Simetrix, Mentor Graphics, DxDesigner…
• Knowledge in actuators driving design.
• Knowledge in Signal Integrity simulations tools (Hyperlinx or SI Wave,..)
• Valued knowledge in digital TC/TM design.
• Valued knowledge of space normative (ECSS) and electronics interfaces standard
• Valued knowledge in high speed digital design including multi-core processors.
• Valued knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and programming experience.
