For our Headquarters in Rome we are looking for an Intern in International Trade Compliance for a period of six months.

The selected candidate will support in the following activities:

Analysis of trade control foreign regulations (mainly, EU Dual Use and US - ITAR EAR).
Analysis of feasibility and associated risks in relation to potential and current transactions.
Analysis of potential customers (KYC - Know Your Customer).
Analysis of sanctions regimes, applicable to the trade of tangible and intangible goods both strategic (military and dual) and civil/commercial as well as international regulations and standards on Human Rights.

The activities will be performed also in support of foreign subsidiaries of Telespazio Group.

Requirements:

Master's degree, preferably in Law or Economics
Knowledge of European Union and International legislation, governing the import and export of defence, dual-use and commercial products and services as well as of embargoes, sanctions and other trade restrictions
Fluency in English language is required as most activities will be in English
Availability for business trips in Italy and abroad
