S&OP Manager [F/M]

EXOTRAIL, a rising start-up in New Space, is looking for an S&OP Manager to support us in our industrialisation phase.

Job description 👨‍💻

Objective:

The S&OP Manager is responsible for establishing and coordinating production and supply programmes in order to meet production commitments in accordance with the Industrial and Commercial Plan (ICP).

Tasks :

Drawing up the Master Production Schedule (MPS):

• Prepare the MPS by detailing production requirements by item reference and by source, according to time horizons.
• Checking the balance between load and capacity on critical internal and external processes, and reporting any discrepancies.
• Ensuring the integration of PDP data into the ERP system.
• Ensuring the overall consistency of PDP data with the aggregate SOP.
• Validate the data at the end of the process.
  
  

Experience required💁‍♀️

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Production, certification in Supply Chain such as CPIM or CSCA would be a plus.
• At least 5 years' experience in Production Planning (PdP).
• Organised and rigorous, you plan your tasks meticulously so that nothing is left to chance, and you know how to anticipate future hazards to prepare for any eventuality.
• A self-starter, you are also a team player and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Diplomatic, with good oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
