About the Role
If you have a passion for proposal development, enjoy working collaboratively, and have a background in the Aerospace & Defense industry, we may have the perfect role for you!As a Proposal Coordinator II, you'll assist the proposal manager in the execution of the proposal process. You'll analyze potential and existing content to ensure it contains appropriate and applicable information, and is appropriate for the intended audience and requirements. You'll generate and edit proposal and boilerplate content and create/revise proposal materials, templates, and outlines. Your duties may also include assisting with answering Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) requirements and keeping meeting minutes for team meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field of study and typically 3 or more years of relevant experience
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Experience with coordinating proposal activities, proposal writing, and document editing with emphasis in technical products and logistics services
Familairity with electronic and hard copy proposal production and delivery
Ability to work with collaborative software tools, such as Microsoft Teams and/or Development Engineering Software tools, such as JIRA, Windchill, Confluence
Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment General understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience preparing narratives, themes, focus boxes and action captions,
Experience supporting technical and engineering proposal development
Understanding of procurement and subcontracting processes for proposal activities
Background in civilian US Department of Defense Proposal Management, Aerospace and Defense Industry, or US Military

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
