Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Configuration Analyst. This position is located in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL and supports the Sentinel program.

This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

What You’ll Get To Do:

This role will report to the program’s Configuration Management and Data Management (CM/DM) Leadership to perform a wide role of tasks associated with configuration and data management. These tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met
  • Develop implementation plans to execute special projects to be accomplish within cost/ schedule plans

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 Years of experience; 1 Year of experience with Masters degree. An additional 4 years of Configuration Management / Data Management may be considered in lieu of degree
  • US Citizenship with an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
  • Experience must be direct Configuration Management or Data Management Experience in a DoD Environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NG CPLM or Siemens Teamcenter Experience

  • Siemens NX and/or Capital Experience

  • JIRA, SharePoint Experience

  • ICBM Weapon Systems Experience

  • Familiarity with EIA-649 and/or MIL-HDBK-61

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
