Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Staff Project Manager. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel Program.

What You'll Get To Do:

• Manage technical execution of key Digital Business Enablement tools
• Manage budget; current budget and planning activities for budget growth
• Manage staffing needs associated with scope of project
• Develop Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap for key Digital Business Enablement tools
• Collaborate across multiple Division Functions to ensure proper adoption of tools

Basic Qualifications:

• 12 Years experience with Bachelors; 10 Years with Masters; 8 Year with PhD; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
• Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
• Working knowledge of Project Management principles
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers.
• Proficient in using the Atlassian Suite of tools (Confluence and Jira)

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• Experience with Project Management
• Schedule management, budget management, customer management, risk management, and performance management
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with establishing Strategy, Roadmap, Vision artifacts
• Ability to develop a Business Plan for the deployment of a suite of SW tools
• Experience working within a multi-team environment
• Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
• Ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers

Salary Range: $122,100.00 - $183,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
