As we grow our Englewood, CO location, we’re looking for a highly skilled Electrical Test Engineer to help develop and execute innovative testing strategies that maximize the reliability of our spacecraft and subsystems. As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will be at the forefront of testing and validating spacecraft systems that will push the boundaries of space exploration. Your expertise will ensure that our technology performs flawlessly in the most extreme environments. This role is for someone who thrives on hands-on problem-solving, enjoys working with cutting-edge electronics, and is passionate about advancing space technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reliability test strategies for spacecraft components, ensuring long-term performance and mission success. 
  • Design and execute environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical tests tailored to spaceflight applications. 
  • Automate testing and reporting using advanced visualization and data analysis techniques. 
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers to improve spacecraft reliability. 
  • Drive process improvements by defining manufacturing health monitoring and long-term reliability screening methods. 
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (equivalent experience considered). 
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical test engineering. 
  • Strong statistical analysis and electrical engineering skills. 
  • Experience developing and implementing test automation strategies. 
  • Proficiency in reading schematics, assembly drawings, and parts lists. 
  • Understanding of ISO, AS9100, and quality control standards. 
  • Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment, environmental testing, and RF testing. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. 
  • Demonstrated experience in LabVIEW, including the real-time and FPGA modules
  • Experience designing, building, and programming test support hardware

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience in the aerospace or space industry. 
  • Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and transitioning designs from R&D to manufacturing. 
  • Experience with automated test software (e.g., Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW). 
  • Background in AS9100 quality management systems. 
  • Prior experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment.

Level 3 pay range: $81,000.00 - $121,000.0
Level 4 pay range: $101,000.00 - $152,000.00
