The Boeing CompanyWe are seeking a Senior Manager with expertise in Learning and Development (L&D) and Production Systems Training (PST) to join the Enterprise L&D Team as the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Learning Business Partner based in Berkeley, MO. Position Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Employee Development Specialists
Provide strategic advice and counsel to the BDS Vice President of Human Resources and the BDS Human Resources Leadership Team
Partner with BDS line HR business partners and business leaders to understand key priorities and L&D needs
Work closely with the BDS PST Team to support implementation and continuous improvement of the BDS Apprenticeship Program
Build awareness and drive adoption of core and common Enterprise L&D solutions
Determine when BDS-specific solutions must be developed to address critical requirements and identify opportunities to test and scale solutions across the Enterprise
Apply cutting-edge best practices in adult learning theory to design, develop, and deliver L&D solutions that drive measurable improvements in employee capability and proficiency
Close the loop with Enterprise L&D to incorporate BDS priorities and requirements in the Long-Range Business Plan
Take a data-driven approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of L&D interventions
Collaborate with the Enterprise L&D team to share best practices, resources, and lessons learned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of leading direct reports
3+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System in a Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Quality and/or PST leadership role
5+ years of experience creating workforce development and/or L&D strategies and programs that deliver measurable results
5+ years of experience simultaneously managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience with adult learning theory and contemporary practices for the design, development, delivery, and measurement of L&D solutions
Experience in aligning learning strategy with business strategy to drive the highest level of organizational performance

Summary pay range: $163,200 - $220,800
