About the Team:

Supply Chain at Relativity encompasses direct supply management for all Terran-R parts and materials and materials management. Put simply, we own the value chain from identification of a need to delivery to our internal customer. The Supply Chain team’s vision is to build a best-in-class, responsive, and data-driven supply chain management organization that is a key competitive advantage for Relativity. Supply Chain is currently putting that vision into practice through sourcing long-lead parts, production equipment, and infrastructure projects for Terran R production. We have had numerous accomplishments with high-dollar, impactful projects by collaborating closely with finance, manufacturing, and engineering to deliver excellent value and keep our aggressive Terran R schedule on track.

About the Role:

You will be held accountable for executing end-to-end supply chain activities and ensuring supply continuity across multiple commodities, from demand creation to order fulfillment.
Develop and continually re-iterate supply strategies that support the broader goals and priorities laid out by the Global Supply Manager and company.
Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing to maintain up-to-date demand plans for both Production and NPI.
Be the subject matter expert on the technical and commercial makeup of your commodities and provide strategic insight on design and program decisions.
Champion strong strategic partnerships with external suppliers and skillfully negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
Signal supply risks to Supply Chain Leadership and swiftly develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure impact to the enterprise does not materialize.

About You:

1+ years of demonstrated success in a supply chain role.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of enterprise applications (i.e., PLM, ERP, MES) and proficient in data analysis.
Highly-motivated to help build a best-in-class supply chain team for an industry-leading Rocket start-up.

Nice to haves but not required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Economics/Finance, or similar.
Aerospace and/or start-up experience.

Hiring Range:

$82,000—$104,000 USD
