Star Catcher Industries, Inc. (Star Catcher), located in Jacksonville, FL, has an opportunity for a Chief of Staff Intern who will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and the Business Development team to support our growth initiatives and strategic partnerships. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team on market research, commercialization strategy, and partnership development within the space industry. You will gain hands-on experience in identifying new business opportunities, navigating ins-and-outs of the space industry, and engaging with industry leaders.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, business opportunities, and key players in the space industry.
  • Assist in identifying and engaging high-potential customers, industry partners, and investors to drive business growth.
  • Manage and optimize Star Catcher’s internal CRM system to improve lead tracking, prioritize outreach efforts, and increase conversion rates.
  • Support the drafting of business contracts, such as letters of support and partnership agreements.
  • Assist in the development of business proposals, investor pitch decks, and sales materials to secure funding and key partnerships.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the inaugural Star Catcher Developer Day, supporting logistics, outreach, and event coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and finance teams to align business development efforts with company goals.


Ideal Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, master’s degree, or equivalent experience in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for the space industry, a solid understanding of commercial space trends, and curiosity to learn about various parts of the business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, or equivalent tools; experience with CRM software is a plus.
