Inside the Legal & Affairs Departement in Rome, we are looking for a Legal Affairs specialist
Mission
Ensure that every appropriate legal assistance is provided in connection with any business transactions, both within and outside the ordinary course of business, including intercompany, finance transactions and protection/exploitation of intellectual property rights
Activities
- Provide legal advice and assistance in the definition, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial contracts, including public tenders and related agreements, purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements, intercompany agreements and engagement letters
- Provide assistance in the implementation and management of special projects, including M&A transactions
- Advise and manage issues related to Intellectual Property Rights, Health, Safety and Environmental activities, Data protection and privacy, relations with Antitrust Authorities and Foreign National Interest Regulators
- Provide legal advice and assistance in the negotiation and definition of ordinary and extraordinary finance transactions, project finance agreements and deed of guarantees to be issued in support of the company’s activities
Experience
- Master’s degree in Law
- Preferably qualified as a lawyer in Italy
- Minimum 2-5 years’ PQE with a general commercial background; experience in aerospace and defense gained in-house or in private practice would be ideal
- Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish, German) would be an asset.
- The candidate will demonstrate analytical skills, sense of urgency, ability to plan and manage multiple activities in parallel, relational skills, team working, good degree of autonomy in managing assigned activities, flexibility, problem solving and passion
