Inside the STRATEGY Area in Rome, we are looking for a Market Analyst and Strategic Planner .

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

Analyzing and monitoring reference market dynamics and trends with particular reference to: demand and competitive landscape, deriving key outcomes that could impact company evolution in terms of product, technology, business models, and competitiveness, in the medium and in the Iong run;
Ensuring the preparation of the specific market scenarios for simulations and business assessments to evaluate investment hypothesis, commercial offers and Iaunch of new products;
Guaranteeing and supporting the process of strategic planning of the Company, contributing in the definition and preparation of the Strategic Plan of the Company and of the Countries of presence (Strategic Country Plan).

Degree and Seniority:

Degree in Business / Economics, Statistics or Engineering - Expert

Technical skills and IT tools:

Analytical skills and modelling capabilities (market segmentation, demand forecast, etc.), planning and organizational capabilities, and ability to summarize relevant results;
Excel business modelling expertise for evaluation purposes;
Background experience in Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Business Development areas is preferred;
Advanced knowledge of Office package (pptx, excel, word);
Very good communication skills both oral and written, public speaking
