Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

The IT Helpdesk Technician will support end-users with ticket requests, assist with ongoing projects as well as implementation of process documentation. This is an onsite role in our Austin, TX office.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support and assistance to customers; Assist in resolving computer hardware and software issues.
Manage ticket Queue through JIRA and resolve or escalate tickets to Tier II/Tier III support as needed
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, printers, phones, security updates, support internet.
Administer and support core Microsoft, Intune, and virtual technologies.
Define and document best practices and support procedures.
Provide limited after-hours and weekend operations support for emergencies
Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation.
Carry out special tasks at Management's direction.
Support mobile devices (iPhone).
On site role at Austin, Tx office

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop Operating Systems
Microsoft A+, Net+ or similar certification
Strong communication and documentation skills
Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length
Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently
Must be a team player

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree in computer science (or related area) preferred
Experience in JIRA Service Management
Active Directory/SAML user and group administration
Experience with and understanding of Intune
