SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to join our team and lead the development and management of our compensation programs. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of equity compensation and executive pay structures, ensuring our compensation strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional experienced in total rewards programs within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our pay structures remain competitive within the aerospace and technology sectors.
  • Develop and maintain equity compensation models and other long-term incentives.
  • Provide guidance to HR, finance, and leadership on executive pay structures, salary bands, and variable compensation plans.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to support annual compensation planning cycles, pay adjustments, and performance-based incentives.
  • Analyze and prepare compensation data for executive leadership and board-level reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years of experience in compensation analysis, with knowledge of equity compensation and executive pay.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field. CCP certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of equity compensation structures.
  • Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in compensation tools such as Radford or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and financial modeling tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
