At ICEYE, we’re revolutionizing satellite imaging. As an IT Technology Lead, you will be key in building and developing our on-prem and cloud infrastructure, implementing new tools for our colleagues and setting up new sites across the world, improving endpoint deployment and management methods, and bringing new network technologies to all our employees with SASE implementation.
What will you do in this role?
We are seeking a highly experienced and influential IT Technology Lead to provide technical leadership to our 20-strong IT & Security Team and drive innovation within our IT environment. You'll be a key contributor in shaping our technology roadmap, designing complex systems, and mentoring other engineers, all while remaining actively involved in hands-on implementation and problem-solving.
- Technical Vision: Define and champion the technical direction for key systems and projects
- Architecture and Design: Design and implement complex IT solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenging technical issues and provide innovative solutions
- Research & Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
What tech stack will you be working with?
- End User Services and Collaboration tools (Windows, Mac, Linux, Google Workspace, M365, Atlassian, Okta, Intune, Omnissa Workspace One, Jamf)
- Network infrastructure (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Juniper, Fortigate)
- Virtualized Server infrastructure (VMWare, HyperV, Veeam, Nutanix, Lenovo, Dell VXRail)
Requirements
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- 7-10 years experience in either Enterprise IT, Consulting/MSP/VAR, or IT Management
- Proven ability to design and implement complex IT systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for technology and a desire to share knowledge
