Working in the People Team

We provide support to the business through the whole employee life cycle focusing on keeping the OC team highly engaged and attracting high calibre people to our open roles.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be managing, operating and co-ordinating the full recruitment process, enabling our teams to make the best possible hiring decisions and providing expertise and guidance in sourcing the best talent.

At the heart of it all is making sure we deliver an excellent candidate experience. 

You will have the opportunity to give input and ideas into the talent acquisition strategy and delivering on candidate experience.

There will be administrative elements such as coordinating interviews and managing the offer process.

The role would suit someone who is happy sourcing as well as partnering with the business to understand and deliver on their needs.

What you need to be successful:

• You’ll be communicating a lot, so be confident in articulating yourself well particularly to candidates and employees at all levels!

• You’ll have a good appreciation of best practice within recruitment and how to apply this in a company trying to scale

• You’ll have good practical knowledge of Portuguese employment law and how to apply this to recruiting! Bonus if you have knowledge of the UK or other EU employment laws

• You’ll need a strong eye for detail

• You’ll have good comprehension of HRIS, previous access to TeamTailor would be beneficial
