＜職務概要＞

QMS（品質マネジメントシステム）の専門家として、AN/EN/JISQ9100やISO9001などの国際規格に基づく品質保証活動を推進する。各種規格および顧客要求事項をもとに、プロセス標準化や監査対応を行い、全体的な品質保証の改善をリードする。また、品質監査や審査対応など、プロジェクトの品質基準の適合性を確認するための業務を遂行する。

 

主な職務内容

• QMS運用の統括と改善
  • AN/EN/JISQ9100、ISO9001など、各種品質規格を基準とした品質マネジメントシステムを開発、実装、監視、改善する。
  • 各プロジェクトのQMS要件の適合性を評価し、文書化する。
  • 内部監査・外部監査を計画、実施し、フォローアップする。
• 品質基準の適合性監査対応
  • 各種規格や顧客要求事項に基づき、品質監査計画の調整及び策定を行い、適切な監査を実施する。
  • 顧客や認証機関とのコミュニケーションを通じて、監査対応を円滑に進める。
  • 品質監査の実行に必要なデータを収集および分析し、顧客へ適切な報告書を作成する。
  • 監査対応に関連するリスク・機会を評価し、適切な対策を講じる。
  • 監査における不適合事項を特定し、是正措置を提案し、実施状況をフォローアップする。
  • 内部および外部監査の結果を分析し、継続的な改善に反映させる。
  • プロジェクトチームおよび顧客との品質監査に関する定期的なコミュニケーションを推進する。
• 顧客・規格要求の管理
  • 航空宇宙や製造業における顧客要求事項および適用法規制を特定し、反映する。
• 教育およびトレーニング
  • 社員向けQMS教育プログラムを計画し実施する。
  • 品質規格やプロセス改善に関する最新情報を共有し、社内教育を実施する。
• その他の業務
  • 品質指標を策定しデータ分析を行い、経営層へ報告する。
  • プロジェクトの品質計画を策定し進捗を管理する。

<必須条件>

• AN/EN/JISQ9100に基づく品質保証業務を5年以上経験。
• 品質マネジメントシステムの設計、運用、改善に関する実績。
• 品質監査、審査対応、または品質基準適合性評価の経験。
• 内部監査員資格またはそれに相当する知識と経験。
• 文書作成、プレゼンテーション、顧客対応能力。
• 高品質・信頼性システム製品の品質保証全般に関わる業務の遂行とテクニカル能力。
• 顧客満足（CS）を志向した顧客対応能力。
• 組織的かつ予算計画や日程計画を遵守するためのマネジメント能力。
• 業務遂行の中で発生する計画変更や日程変更に対する柔軟な対応力。
• 日本の国籍を有すること。

<望ましい条件>

• AN/EN/JISQ9100に基づく品質保証業務を10年以上経験。
• 航空宇宙に関わる防衛産業での実務経験。
• QMS導入に関わるプロジェクトリーダー経験。
• ビジネス英語による技術英会話及び、技術折衝等のコミュニケーション力（TOEICレベル750点以上が望ましい）
• 品質保証活動を通じて収集した品質記録文書、データのチェック＆レビュー、補完管理。
• 全社的な品質改善活動（KAIZEN活動）の推進。
• 全社的な中期事業計画における品質保証活動に関わるコスト削減計画及び、実行管理による会社事業計画への貢献
• 論理的思考力を持ち、複雑な問題に柔軟かつ積極的に対応できる方。
• 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方。

<Position Overview>

As a Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist, you will lead quality assurance activities based on international standards such as AN/EN/JISQ9100 and ISO9001. By adhering to customer and regulatory requirements, you will standardize processes, manage audits, and enhance overall quality assurance operations. Additionally, you will oversee audit responses, ensuring project compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

 

<Key Responsibilities>

• Oversee and Improve QMS Operations
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with AN/EN/JISQ9100 and ISO9001 standards.
  • Evaluate and document the compliance of QMS requirements for each project.
  • Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits.
• Quality Standards Compliance Audit Response
  • Coordinate and develop audit plans based on applicable standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Manage smooth communication with customers and certification bodies to address audit responses effectively.
  • Collect and analyze audit-related data and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify non-conformities during audits, propose corrective actions, and monitor the implementation process.
  • Assess risks and opportunities associated with audit responses and take appropriate measures.
  • Analyze audit results and integrate findings into the continuous improvement process.
  • Maintain regular communication with project teams and customers on audit-related matters.
• Manage Customer and Regulatory Requirements
  • Identify and incorporate customer requirements and applicable regulations in the aerospace and manufacturing industries.
  • Ensure the organization remains compliant with evolving regulatory and customer standards.
• Education and Training
  • Develop and execute QMS training programs for employees.
  • Share the latest updates on quality standards and processes to enhance organizational awareness and capability.
• Additional Duties
  • Develop quality metrics and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Create project quality plans and monitor their progress to ensure successful implementation.

<Required Qualifications>

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance based on AN/EN/JISQ9100 or ISO9001 standards.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and improving Quality Management Systems.
• Extensive knowledge of audit response and compliance management.
• Qualified as an internal auditor or equivalent experience in audit management.
• Strong skills in documentation, presentations, and customer communications.
• Ability to perform quality assurance tasks for high-quality, reliable system products.
• Exceptional customer focus and the ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational, budgetary, and schedule management skills.
• Adaptability to changes in project plans and timelines.
• Japanese nationality is required.

<Preferred Qualifications>

• Over 10 years of experience in quality assurance based on AN/EN/JISQ9100 or ISO9001 standards.
• Practical experience in the aerospace or defense industries.
• Experience leading projects related to QMS implementation.
• Advanced English proficiency for technical communication and negotiation (TOEIC 750 or higher preferred).
• Ability to review, check, and manage quality documentation and records collected during quality assurance activities.
• Experience promoting company-wide quality improvement initiatives (e.g., KAIZEN activities).
• Proven involvement in cost-reduction initiatives within quality assurance activities as part of mid-term business plans.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivation to leverage audit response expertise to enhance project quality.
