We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Construction Management team based in Brisbane. The individual will lead significant and major construction and tenant fit-out projects in support of the India and Asia Pacific team.  

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional team of internal business partners and external suppliers in the delivery of construction and tenant fit-out projects, utilising accepted project management principles and methodology
• Lead the development of scenario-based schedule and cost estimates, risk assessments and recommendations in support of business partner initiatives and customer proposals
• Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and be able to demonstrate a high degree of successful stakeholder and relationship management
• Be able to act as an Enterprise resource or subject matter expert on managing and coordinating project implementation from cradle to grave
   

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 10-15 years of experience in a dedicated Project Management role working in the construction industry
• Significant experience leading construction projects in Australia, from inception through design, permitting and construction, to commissioning and close-out utilising accepted project management principles and methodology
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team-members, senior leaders and business partners, and external suppliers
• Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience using Procore is beneficial
   

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• A recognised degree in the field of Project Management or Construction Management is advantageous although not essential
• A recognised professional accreditation is desirable
