Baseband Hardware Intern

EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Baseband Hardware Intern in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position will be located in our San Diego, CA office.

Responsibilities:

• Assigned a project of size that can be completed during the internship.
• Development involves design, test and report.
• Perform final presentation to senior engineers.
• Design could include coding.

Basic Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a technical Bachelor's program
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• 60 Credit hours or more by June 2025

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of digital logic design, microprocessor and memory systems.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, voltmeter, frequency counter.
• Working knowledge of C and Verilog HDL will be a plus.
• Effective oral communication.

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $51,000.00 - $73,000.00
