We are seeking a Staff Systems Engineer - Operations & Training Lead to join our talented NGP team. This position is located onsite in Redondo Beach, CA.
What you’ll get to do?
As the NGP Staff Systems Engineer - Operations & Training Lead, you will lead a team to provide Operations Manuals as well as Training for the Operational Environment. This includes driving product vision to support the statement of work, ensuring that the product meets timely deliveries.
Basic Qualifications:
- 12 Years of relevant experience with Bachelors in STEM; 10 Years of relevant experience with Masters; 8 Years of relevant experience with PhD
- Active TS/SCI Clearance at the time of application
- Previous experience writing Standard Operating Procedures
- Experience in Space Vehicle Health and Safety
- Prior working experience in a lead role
- Experience providing ground response to Space Vehicle anomalies
- Operations experience or context
- Ability to work onsite and travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Eagle-3 Bus experience
- Familiar with the Cornerstone product
- Familiar with Agile development process
