Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage inventory records using Fusion, the Intuitive Machines inventory management system. Stay proficient with Fusion’s evolving features and conduct annual training sessions for new and existing employees as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels to proactively prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate the procurement and receipt of new stock, ensuring proper documentation, storage, and allocation of inventory.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast and meet future inventory requirements.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock management and streamline operations.
  • Identify and manage obsolete or damaged inventory in accordance with company policies, including proper disposal or reallocation.
  • Oversee the tracking of calibrated tools throughout the facility, maintain company register and ensuring timely calibration while managing the transfer of tools to and from the local calibration service.
  • Participate in yearly ISO9001/AS9100 audit.

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s degree working towards a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience.
  • Strong familiarity with supply chain management and its core functions.
  • Proven experience in process efficiency analysis and implementation; Lean Six Sigma training and/or certifications preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to addressing challenges.
