Maxar has an immediate need for an IT Resource Manager on our team at a customer site in Reston, VA. In this role you will be part of a talented team using various sources of data against challenging, high visibility and high impact projects. Your role will be to support all hardware and software needs (classified and unclassified) through organization, communication, and facilitation of activities with CIO.

Day-to-Day with your Colleagues:
- Work in customer-facing position providing customer service to address IT needs.
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems or IT requests.
- Inventory and organize hardware and software data to inform operational decisions or activities.
- Facilitate communication between customer and CIO to address IT issues.
- Facilitate system accesses and account creation.
- Manage JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint pages.
- Responsible for supporting audit activities of all workstations and software.
- Develop the standard build requirements for workstations by role (software developer, analyst, administrative staff, engineers, etc.) to CIO specifications.
- Liaison between customer/team and CIO to streamline workflows.
- Address ad hoc and reoccurring requirements in a timely manner.
- Act as main point of contact for all IT concerns or requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current/active TS/SCI clearance and be willing and able to obtain CI polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional, relevant experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with hardware and software needs for JWICS, SIPR, NIPR, and other unclassified systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, to include identifying who to reach out to for support and then making it happen.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GIS software packages.
- Experience working with CIO.
- Understanding of how remote worker hardware and software needs differ from customer site needs.
