The Program Business Analyst will serve as a strategic liaison between the finance business partnering function and operational leadership groups within NGA, providing expert financial support and guidance to support the development of winning commercial pricing strategies and P&L analysis to drive long-term sustainable financial growth. 

 

Your Role 

  • Prepare detailed price models and cost estimates to support compelling business proposals. 

  • Participate in and contribute to pricing reviews with senior management, including Sector and Division-level discussions. 

  • Collaborate with the Key Captures Business Manager and Business Management on various ad hoc projects to support business objectives. 

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reporting to ensure transparency and inform decision-making. 

 

About You 

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution. 

  • CPA or CA qualification (or a willingness to obtain) to demonstrate your commitment to professional excellence. 

  • Demonstrated experience in pricing contracts and tenders, ensuring competitive and compliant financial strategies. 

  • Strong expertise in contract compliance, cost management, budget development, and financial estimating for proposals. 

  • Skilled in project analysis, management reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
