Northrop Grumman, Space Systems, is seeking a Craft Teams Supervisor (CTS) to join our Electrical team.   This position will be supporting the Propulsion Systems Division at our facility located at our Bacchus, Utah facility.

Role description & Responsibilities:

This position will be an integral part of our Electrical Maintenance team, responsible for supervising, advising, assigning day to day maintenance functions including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and electrical upgrades to Bacchus facilities. Preference for this position will be given for the following skills:

• Instrument calibration.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of instrumentation and controls.
• Knowledge on construction management,  project startup and commissioning.
• Electrical construction methods
• Read interpret wiring diagrams.
• Read and interpret technical instructions and specifications.
• understanding of PLC’s, VFD’s and other electrical equipment
• Troubleshooting of various electrical components
• Medium voltage systems and power lines
• The ability to lead your assigned team and to fill in and support other leaders as needed.
• Communicating with customers.
• Documenting work performed on service reports.

Education/Experience:

  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship, or related technology degree and 5 years of industrial maintenance work experience 

  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems or similar work order platforms.

  • Maintenance Management System experience. Strong computer skills involving Microsoft office programs.

  • Hands On experience with instrument calibrations, Electrical and/or electronics troubleshooting skills,

  • Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical/instrumentation schematics.

  • General experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and instrumentation.

  • Proficiency with hands tools, multimeters, calibration tools.

  • Able to successfully pass the Safe Explosive Act (SEA) background check and maintain it.

Salary Range: $72,200.00 - $120,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
