Custodial Janitor -Part time

Responsibilities:

The work will require a variety of Building Custodial Services that includes:

• Space cleaning, floor care (including stripping and new wax application)
• Sweeping/dust mopping of non-carpeted areas
• Vacuuming of carpets, baseboards, air and return air duct covers
• Vacuuming and cleaning of the chairs, partitions, sills and area underneath the raised operations floor.
• Emptying of trash containers and recycling containers
• Cleaning of restroom sanitary fixtures
• Cleaning of kitchen areas
• Dusting of all furniture
• Various additional custodial services (i.e. replacement of light-bulbs, replenishment of washroom and kitchen supplies)
• Other routine maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• Ability to work as a janitor
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently

Comments/Special Considerations:

The successful candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain Reliability Security Clearance
