The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, focusing on stock management, production planning, procurement, incoming inspection, internal logistics, Sales andOperations Planning (S&OP), and ERP management.
This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient operations that meet customer demands and align with organizational goals.


Preferred Experience 💁‍♀️

📌Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s
preferred).
> 5 years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, procurement, logistics,
S&OP, and ERP management.
📌Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, production planning, internal
logistics, and quality control.
📌Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software.
📌Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
📌Strong communication and leadership abilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy:
📌Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals.
📌Oversee sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and quality control processes.
📌Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):
📌Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

Production Planning:
📌Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs
📌Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely execution of production plans.
📌Monitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing demands.

Procurement Management:
📌Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials and services to support production needs.
📌Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to improve quality and delivery performance.

Incoming Inspection:
📌Oversee the incoming inspection process to ensure materials and components meet quality standards.
📌Maintain records of inspections and facilitate continuous improvement efforts.

Internal Logistics:
📌Manage the movement and storage of materials and products within the facility.
📌Optimize internal logistics processes to ensure efficient material flow and minimize delays.
📌Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Stock Management:
📌Manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory.
📌Implement inventory control systems to track stock movements and optimize inventory turnover.
📌Analyze demand forecasts and adjust stock levels accordingly to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

ERP Management:
📌Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize ERP processes and functionalities.
📌Provide training and support to staff on ERP usage and data management.

Logistics Coordination:
📌Coordinate transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
📌Optimize logistics processes to reduce lead times and improve service levels.

Performance Monitoring:
📌Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain, production planning,
procurement, incoming inspection, stock management, and S&OP performance.

Continuous Improvement:
📌Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices within the supply chain,
production planning, procurement, incoming inspection, internal logistics, and S&OP functions.
